Our Lord does not repent because He never makes a mistake. Num 23:19<p>Our Lord is disappointed when we are foolish, weak, unbelieving and disobedient.<p>The LawOfTheLord contains both blessing and cursing in it.  Obedience brings the blessing while rebellion brings the curse.
