The curse of the law is that it smothers you and saps the joy of life.<p>How does it do that?<br>By placing requirements on you that you will inevitably fail to keep Isa 53:6. Once you fail to keep one aspect of the Law you are guilty of breaking all the Law Jam 2:10. The penalty for breaking the Law is death Rom 5:12.<p>Jesus has redeemed us from this burdensome existence. We are now free from condemnation because of the power of the blood of Jesus to cover any and all sin Rom 8:1.<p>Rather than continuing in sin (though it is forgiven) we have the opportunity and the expectation to walk in newness of life Rom 6:4.
