The covenants that the Lord makes are effected by His Word which will accomplish its purpose Isa 55:11. <p>In the case of the MosaicCovenant Exo 19:5,8 there were two possible outcomes: -> blessing for obedience -> cursing for disobedience Deu 28:1-68 <p>The HolySpiritFather said this regarding Jesus Christ: ^This is My Beloved Son - hear Him!^<p>The Jews did not and do not love Jesus, they rejected and have rejected this command and the object of the command, Jesus Christ.<p>So, the promises of God are not extended to the Jews nor any other individual or group of people who likewise rebel.
