As vast and glorious as the universe is and as intricate and amazingly ordered physical life is, they are not the objective of our Creator.
Christ Jesus created all things in order for us to fellowship with Him. He created us to enjoy, to experience His life, His heart, His love.
The church is the BodyOfChrist is the BrideOfChrist is the elect.
Before He created all things He envisioned us. He desired us. He determined to do whatever was necessary to accomplish His desire. He knew He would have to fix us when we sinned and He knew that His own life would have to be offered to justify us.
And yet He went through with creation knowing the price He would have to pay.
When He made Adam He made him in the image of His own body whom we know as Jesus.
You are the pearl of great price to Him and if the light and Truth of Him comes to you, He will be the pearl of great price to you.
