Babylon?  Is this the same Babylon that is located southeast of Jerusalem between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers?<p>Most Bible scholars believe this is referring to Rome where Paul spent his last days. I suspect Babylon is used as descriptive of world domination. We see BabylonTheGreat in the book of Revelations.  I do not believe that is Rome but the last days seat of power and domination.
