David is saying that the people will rally around the Lord when He destroys the wicked. <p>Jesus came the first time to destroy the works of Satan which is EternalDeath upon every person because of sin. <p>When Jesus returns He will destory the wicked and their works and there will be a rallying around Him of all the people of the earth.
