Those that hate Christ will be destroyed.<p>Note that He was addressing the Jews to whom He was specifically sent to minister to.<p>These people rejected Him.  But not just that generation but every generation of Jews since then have rejected Him.<p>All these will be slain in His presence.  This speaks of TheJudgment that is coming.
