Not only does the HolySpirit empower us but He gives us inspiration or vision to see what aught to be done. In that vision the heart of the HolySpirit is revealed. And that revelation is virtually always love and compassion.
If you do not see the need to minister to those who are hurting, you are not seeing them as the Father sees them.
