What are the pastors feeding the people?  What effect has the feeding had? -> scattered the flock -> driven people away from the Lord -> not visited them with Truth.<p>Not preaching and teaching the Truth results in people leaving the faith, people being corrupted by false teaching and people being separated form the SpiritOfTruth.
