The person of God - the Word and HolySpirit Joh 1:1 - willed for us to be reconciled to Him.  <br>God incarnated Himself in Christ Jesus Isa 7:14 who is MightyGod Isa 9:6.  By personally paying the price through the shedding of His own blood Heb 9:22 He has forgiven all sin for all time for all humanity Heb 10:10. <p>But until a person receives the Holy SpiritOfChrist Jesus they are separated from Him 1Jn 4:13. <p>And the only way to receive the SpiritOfChrist is by GraceThroughFaith InChrist Jesus Eph 2:8.<p>When we receive Christ Jesus, we receive His Word and His HolySpirit (God) and become NewSpirit beings Joh 3:5 Gal 4:29. <p>There is no other way to be reconciled to the Lord Act 4:12 1Jn 5:12.
