We repent once. We believe once. And if we do it right, it is sufficient.

How do we do it `right` so that we never have to do it again? See Rom 10:9 for the answer.

Once we have been BornAgain and SpiritFilled we should then go on to spiritual maturity by exercising the provisions of GraceThroughFaith.

Preoccupation with sin is a sign of spiritual immaturity. Constantly repenting from sin is like a child being potty-trained who keeps having `accidents` and crying about it to their mom. When the child determines they are going to get control they move into stability.

So it is with us regarding sin. We decide that we will no longer allow sin to reign in our mortal bodies. Rom 6:12

When we take authority over sin we are freed to pursue the greater things of the Lord Heb 10:2. We are expected to do greater things than Christ did Joh 14:12.
That will never happen until we move on from sin and condemnation to faith and works. Jam 2:18
