He wants to share His Wisdom, Knowledge and Power with us.
We exercise His power in agreement with His Word.
In order for us to do this, He has given us His HolySpirit power. We deploy His power by faith in His Word, His love and His faithfulness.
This verse is clearly prophetic because the Lord speaks of His sons. The people that He was addressing were the ChildrenOfIsrael, not His sons. His sons would only manifest after He had come in the flesh, suffered, died and rose again to cover their sins by which they would be BornAgain by faith in His Word and by receiving His HolySpirit.
