The dispensation of Law was ended. The dispensation of Grace has begun. It will be followed by the dispensation of the MillennialKingdom. Paul has been charged with delivering the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ which is all about Grace.<p>The HolySpirit dispenses the Grace that was made available to us and authorized by Christ Jesus.
