Paul is speaking the gift of the LordJesusChrist upon the believers at Galatia.<p>We have the privilege and responsibility to speak the promises of the Word upon other believers.<p>Grace is a product of love.  HolySpirit love is the foundation of all of His actions.<p>Joh 3:16 says that it was the love of the HolySpirit that brought forth Christ Jesus to effect our salvation, our reconciliation and our union with Him.
