Jesus gave specific instructions to the disciples before ascending. The most important one was for them to stay in Jerusalem until they were Baptised with His HolySpirit. This baptism would give them power to become witnesses of Christ throughout the world.<p>It is important to note that everything Jesus spoke was by His HolySpirit.
