Carnality stifles spirituality and robs a person of AbundantLife. Rom 8:6<p>The specific sins of carnality enumerated in verses 9 and 10 all boil down to SelfWorship which is the same sin that derailed Lucifer. The first commandment precludes SelfWorship which is idolatry.
