There comes a time when the heart is set in stone and repentance is no longer a possibility. This is the state of a reprobate mind. It is unrecoverable. It is doomed.
Just as people are either wheat and tares depending on their acceptance or rejection of the WordOfTruth, Jesus Christ, there are sheep and goat nations which are determined by their stance for Christianity or against Christianity.
During the AgeOfGrace the destruction that occurs upon unbelieving people and AntiChrist nations is a result of the wickedness into which they fall. In other words, their destruction is self-inflicted.
However, at the EndOfTheAge Jesus will return, rapture His people up into the air and then wreak destruction upon the wicked who have rejected Him and treated His followers unjustly. This is the DayOfTheLord in which the DayOfWrath comes upon the wicked.
