The issues of the Mosaic Law and adherence to tradition drove a wedge between Christians and Jews which is still there today. <p>Had the Christians emphasized the fact that Jesus is MightyGod - not just the SonOfGod - they may have been able to convert more Jews to Christ.  <p> However, there arose the error of the trinity which sealed the deal in terms of monotheistic Jews accepting polytheistic Christianity.
