Title: Lover or just loved?

Marriage was instituted by our Lord to create a family in which children could be produced and raised in His nurture and admonition.

But marriage is also a type of the intimate personal relationship the Lord wants with each of us.

When we come into intimate personal relationship with Christ by receiving His Words and His Holy Spirit we are able to produce children.

Jesus told us to preach the Gospel to every creature.   The Word is the seed which the Holy Spirit uses to impregnate a receptive soul with His life.

We are loved by our Lord.   He has given all that He is to us and for us.

But, have we given ourselves to Him to the same degree?

No marriage is perfect until their is total commitment by both partners to their union.

But when there is that total commitment, the union produces in a fashion that neither of the individuals could have.

The Holy Spirit Of Christ Jesus is our spiritual marriage partner.   He has given Himself to us forever.   Understanding the extent of His gift and His desire to manifest His glory through us is critical for us to give ourselves totally to Him.

The trust factor is critical in marriage.   If one partner does not trust the other, there is division and weakness in the marriage.

If you do not trust the Lord, spend time in His Word and He will convince you of His commitment to you.

Spend time praying in His Spirit and your faith will morph into trust and expectation of the great things He has for you.

Experience the power of total commitment and mutual love.
As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.
