Not much is told about Eve in Genesis, but what is, is not good.   

Eve was the tool that the enemy used to undermine mankind's relationship with His Creator.   

Eve was unfaithful.   

Since there was no other man around she could not be unfaithful sexually.   So, she became unfaithful to God.   

Now, in all fairness, she was seduced.   However, one must have a propensity for seduction to be seduced.   

And this is the inherent problem with the female gender - they are susceptible to seduction.   

Physical, sexual seduction and unfaithfulness are bad enough.   However, spiritual seduction is quite another.   

Spiritual seduction occurs when a person willingly listens to moral arguments that violate God's principles.   

Once spiritual seduction occurs, emotional, psychological and intellectual seduction follow right along.   

For this reason the Lord ordained that man should be the head of the woman.   

What does it mean to be the head?   The head is that part of the body that rules over the rest of the body.   

There is much glory to Eve in the fact that all of us exist because of her being the first mother.   

But there is much shame to Eve in the fact that all of us are born in sin because of her willingness to be seduced by the serpent and her seduction of Adam to join her in sin.   

The lesson that the Bible teaches us about women is the one which has been referred to as 'keeping women in their place'.   

What is the place for women?   
   ➛ wife
   ➛ home maker
   ➛ mother
   ➛ grand-mother
   ➛ teacher
   ➛ nurturer

That place is a place of glory.   Only fools diminish, ignore or deny that glory.   

Turning to wealth and power as a prize is foolish - more so for women than men.   

Men do not have in them what is necessary to do what women can do, so they turn to wealth and power.   

The worst of Eve manifested in Jezebel.   But without the weaknesses in Eve being passed down to all generations of women, there would have been no Jezebel.   

The NOW movement, the Feminist movement, the Woman Power movement and the proliferation of LGBTQ is because of women who did not listened to God, but rather to the enemy, Satan.
