If your objective is to promote the person you should start with their most outstanding attribute, accomplishment or title.   

Likewise, if your objective is to denigrate the person you start with their most despicable attribute, terrible deed or title.   

Most of the time Jesus is introduced as Saviour.   And that is His most important accomplishment as far as we are concerned.   However, it is not His most important title.   

Jesus' most important title is Lord - Mighty God.   

If Jesus is not Lord then it is unlikely that He is the final word on salvation.   Consider the situation where your job promotion is approved all the way up the ladder to the CEO who nixes it.   

In such a situation all your advocates were useless.   

Jesus being Mighty God enables Him to be Saviour as there is no other being ranking above Him.   

This is an important fact about Jesus that many Christians do not fully grasp.   I attribute the fear and uncertainty that many Christians express about salvation (entering heaven) to the uncertainty of Jesus' authority.   

Specifically, those who believe in a Trinity believe there is a 'Father God' who by virtue of being the Father of the 'Son God' has higher rank.   So, despite what Jesus did for us and how He feels about us, there is another person who will make the final decision about our acceptance or rejection.   

Since we are saved by Grace Through Faith it is important that we do not doubt our salvation.   
In so doing we would disqualify ourselves from being saved!
