Righteousness is a threatening word to most people because it immediately brings to mind their faults, failures and short-comings.   

Such is Sin Consciousness.   

We are not supposed to be conscious of sin.   Rather, we are supposed to be Christ Conscious.   
But seek you first the kingdom of heaven, and the Lord's righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

   → To seek means to go after in order to obtain.     
   → Kingdom Of Heaven implies there is a domain and a king over that domain.     
   → Heaven is the Spirit Realm.     
   → His Righteousness is not our righteousness.     
   → His righteouseness is Himself
   → these things constitute Abundant Life

Understanding and adopting this Spiritual Law is the secret to Abundant Life.     

So, how do we seek righteousness?     
We believe the Gospel and receive the righteousness of the Lord Jesus Christ by faith in Him.     

The Kingdom Of Heaven is the Kingdom Of Christ in whom resides all power in heaven and earth.

When we receive the Truth of Christ Jesus and His Holy Spirit we fulfil the following verse:
But of him are you in Christ Jesus, who by His Holy Spirit is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
The Holy Spirit Father is Christ in us.
