And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Holy Spirit, which is the word of the Lord: Eph 6:17 When you know that you are saved by the blood of the lamb and the Word Of Your Testimony and that there is no condemnation on you, you have the helmet of salvation.      Your offensive weapon is the sword of the Spirit - the Word Of The Lord.     It is the only offensive weapon you need.

Some may argue that the sword of the Holy Spirit is for doing surgical work.   But a sword is mostly used for fighting.   

The reality is that the Holy Spirit never takes anything out or away from a person.   The person must repent of whatever it is that is binding them, give it up and turn away from it.   

So what does the Holy Spirit fight?   Unbelief and error.   And He always uses the Word to do so.   

For the word of the Lord is alive, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Heb 4:12 The Word of the Lord destroys our Sin Nature and makes us a New Spirit being.         ➛ If we stay in the Word it will transform our minds to the Mind Of Christ.         ➛ If we trust the Word it will heal our bodies.         ➛ By the Word and the Holy Spirit we come to have the thoughts and intents of the Lord so purifying our hearts.      The Word became flesh and dwelt among us Joh 1:14.      Jesus is the Incarnate Word.     To love Jesus is to love His Word.     Those who do not love His Word only love the idea of Jesus.     It is how a man might love a woman's body but care nothing for her spirit and soul.

The world we live in today is filled with unbelief and much of the church is filled with error.   

And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. Joh 8:32 To know the Truth means that we have:    ➛ Heard it    ➛ Believed it    ➛ Received it    ➛ Doing it See He Be Re Do.

Someone once said: "It doesn`t matter what you believe as long as you believe in something".   That is a lie from the pit of hell.   

Only the Truth makes us Free.   Anything other than the Truth will actually bind us.   If it is not Truth it is error.   

The Sword Of The Spirit is the Word Of God which is given to us as a cutting tool.   For a person to be saved they must repent of being unsaved.   For a person to be healed they must repent of being sick.   For a person to prosper they must repent of a poverty mentality.   

The Word Of God is the Truth about salvation, healing and prosperity.   We are commissioned by our Lord to go into all the world and preach the good news of the Kingdom to every creature.   

And he said unto them, Go you into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. Mar 16:15 This is the Great Commission.     It is still in force.     We are expected to carry the Gospel to every creature.      Jesus did not expect every person to believe, but He wants us to make sure all nations hear the Gospel as it is a criteria for His return.     Mat 24:14

In order for the Gospel to have the intended effect, it must be delivered with conviction and confidence.   It is the Holy Spirit who teaches us that the Gospel is true and effective.   This is why the Word Of God is called the Sword Of The Spirit.   The Word is only effective when delivered under the unction of the Holy Spirit.   

When we wield the Sword Of The Spirit in the Holy Spirit we will see people set free as opinions and doctrines and strongholds crumble before the throne of Truth.   

Prepare yourself for a battle to the death with the enemy knowing that the Gates Of Hell cannot withstand the onslaught.   If in fact the enemy wins a skirmish and you are martyred for Christ`s sake, know that you will not die but immediately appear before your Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.   

The hour is upon us to trim our lamps and make preparations for the bridegroom.   

Say not you, There are yet four months, and then comes harvest?     behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. Joh 4:35

Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray you therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest. Luk 10:2 Every person should hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ, so there is work to do.
