Actually, our Lord always works according to His Word.   

His Word unveils the mysteries that have plagued mankind since his sin in the garden.   

Those who consider our Creator to be mysterious obviously don`t believe that Jesus is the Truth.   

Truth always eliminates the mystery of whatever subject it speaks to.   

Receiving the Truth makes us free.   Avoiding or rejecting the Truth must therefore keep us in bondage.   

What is it about mysteries that intrigue us?   
   ➛ vulnerability
   ➛ uncertainty
   ➛ doubt
   ➛ fear

These things may be titillating but they are dangerous to our stability.   

In the verses that follow you find that mysteries are explained.   

And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of heaven: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables: Mar 4:11 The mystery of the kingdom is revealed to those who have a Love Of The Truth.     Those who are comfortable living in deception and lies are `without` Spritual revelation of the mystery.

For I would not, brothers, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. Rom 11:25 The blindness that settled upon Israel was of their own doing.      Their rejection of the Holy One Of Israel, In Christ Jesus was offensive resulting in Him ceasing to draw them Joh 6:44.      Paul is prophesying that there is a number of gentiles who will be saved.     After that number is reached, the Holy Spirit will draw Israel to Christ and their eyes will be opened.      I personally do not believe that the Holy Spirit manipulates groups of people independently of their faith toward Him and submission to Him.      Prophesies which speak to such groupings must be seen from above in the sense that retrospectively speaking there was a group of Jews who came to Christ Jesus.

Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began, Rom 16:25 Paul reminds them that it was his revelation of the Gospel which will give them power to stand against the persecution.

But we speak the wisdom of the Lord in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which the Lord ordained before the world unto our glory: 1Co 2:7 Spiritual wisdom reveals the mystery of the Lord`s love and purpose in creation.      What is His purpose in creation?      To have children who are like Him.     Psm 82:6.      Our Lord wants to pour His glory into us.     He does this by filling us with His Holy Spirit Col 1:27.      The extent that we experience His glory is the extent to which we desire, hunger and thirst for Him.      This Gospel must be spoken as seed into the minds and hearts of hearers in order for the Truth to reign and this mystery be known.

Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 1Co 15:51 1Co 15:51-58 is about the return of the Lord and how the resurrection and translation of saints will occur.      This is not a Silent Rapture passage.      At the return of the Lord some Christians will be alive and some will be dead.      All of us will be changed from natural to heavenly.      The mystery of the resurrection is about to be revealed.

Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he has purposed in himself: Eph 1:9 The Mystery Of God, the Mystery Of Christ and the Mystery Hidden are all part of one mystery which has been revealed to us.      What is that revelation?         ➛ that Jesus is Creator    ➛ that the Holy Spirit is the Father    ➛ that we were created to be in intimate personal relationship with our Creator    ➛ that our Creator sacrificed Himself for us    ➛ that our Creator has cleansed us    ➛ that we are one with our Creator by receiving His Holy Spirit in Jesus name.

How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote before in few words, Eph 3:3 Paul went to Arabia after his conversion and spent three years receiving the revelation of the Gospel of Grace and faith.     After that he went up to jerusalem, where he spent about two weeks with Peter and James the Lord’s brother sharing the revelation he had received with them.

Whereby, when you read, you may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ) Eph 3:4 Paul by the Holy Spirit received knowledge and understanding of the mystery of Christ.     That mystery is    ➛ that the Holy Spirit through Christ Jesus` shed blood has made sin a non-issue;    ➛ that those who receive the testimony of Christ Jesus by Heart Faith and confession of Him are Born Again of His Holy Spirit    ➛ that they are then Sons Of The Holy Spirit in the New Birth and are seated with Christ in Heavenly Places    ➛ that their state of living on earth should be Spiritual Minded    ➛ that those Born Again are to be Holy Spirit Baptised    ➛ that those Holy Spirit Baptised are empowered for supernatural fellowship with Him and for supernatural service to Him    ➛ that all of our expectations come from the realization that the Holy Spirit through Christ Jesus` shed blood has made sin a non-issue.

And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world has been hid in the Lord, who created all things by Jesus Christ: Eph 3:9 All men are to be brought into fellowship as the Gospel of the mystery is preached.      The mystery was His Plan from the beginning when He made all things by Christ Jesus.      The mystery is to be revealed by the preaching of the Gospel.

This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church. Eph 5:32 Fidelity, trust, commitment and love are the earmarks of the Body Of Christ.

And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, Eph 6:19 Pray one for another that each of us may be as Paul - opening our mouths boldly to help others understand the mystery of the Gospel.

Even the mystery which has been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: Col 1:26 The Mystery Of God has been hidden but is not revealed to us.

To whom the Holy Spirit would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is the Spirit Of Christ in you, imparting a confident expectation of honor, renown and splendor: Col 1:27 The Holy Spirit, by virtue of Christ Jesus, has imparted Himself into believers and thereby brought them into His glory as His sons.      We have the same Spirit in us that raised Christ Jesus from the dead.     Rom 8:11 All things are possible to him that believes.     Mar 9:23

That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, in the acknowledgement of the mystery of the Lord, and of the Holy Spirit Father, and of Christ; Col 2:2 Paul wants to impart to them greater understanding of the love and riches that are to the believer by virtue of acknowledging the deity of Christ Jesus in whom the Holy Spirit dwells - the Mystery Of God.

With such praying also for us, that the Holy Spirit would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds: Col 4:3 The Mystery Of Christ is the essence of the Gospel of Grace Through Faith.     It is what each of us should be sharing to those who are lost.

For the mystery of iniquity does already work: only he who now lets will let, until he be taken out of the way. 2Th 2:7 Satan is the mystery of iniquity.         ➛ Who he was.         ➛ Who he now is.         ➛ Why he rebelled.         ➛ What his plan is Michael (see comment on 2Th 2:6) is 'he who now lets' contending with Satan and keeping him from unleashing the fulness of his raw evil.      When Michael is taken out of the way Rev 12:7-10 Satan will incarnate himself in the beast, the Anti Christ.      At that point, he will manifest lying wonders with which to deceive the whole world.

Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience. 1Ti 3:9 The mystery of the faith is the amazing Grace of the Lord which has exhonerated us of what we deserve while giving to us that which we could never merit.      Unless we understand the perfect sacrifice of Christ Jesus and the power of His finished work, we are hounded by an Evil Conscience.      But, when we relax and receive the Word that the Lord has spoken over us, we have a Pure Conscience and can therefore come boldly to the throne of Grace for whatever we desire.     Heb 4:16 Mar 11:24

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: the Lord was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. 1Ti 3:16 Here is the Truth about Christ Jesus:    ➛ He is God manifest in the flesh    ➛ The Holy Spirit Father proved Jesus through miracles    ➛ Preincarnate Jesus manifested in heaven    ➛ Ministers preach of Jesus the author and finisher of their faith    ➛ Believers come to Christ Jesus every day entering into Eternal Life    ➛ Jesus ascended to heaven in the site of over 500 people Jesus is the Spirit Soul And Body of the One and Only True And Living God.

The mystery of the seven stars which you saw in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks.     The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which you saw are the seven churches. Rev 1:20 The stars or angels are more than likely messengers or pastors.     The candlesticks are churches preaching the full Gospel of Jesus Christ.

But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of the Lord should be finished, as he has declared to his servants the prophets. Rev 10:7 The Mystery Of The Lord is His Plan to produce children who are born of His Holy Spirit and Word and so are gods.

And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. Rev 17:5 Mystery speaks to the fact that the origins and motivation for the rise of this global juggernaut are not understood.      Babylon The Great speaks to the global nature and supreme power of the entity.      'Mother of harlots and abominations' speaks to great influence and pressure leading to Principle Prostitution which spirals humanity downward into gross wickedness.      Babylon The Great is the world economic system organized by people under the influence of the Spirit Of Antichrist.     Control of this system will be given to the Beast.      The lust for money and material things will draw people away from the Truth of the Lord Jesus Christ into the darkness of Satan.      The Great Whore will present herself as good while actually calling good, evil and evil, good.      Abominations result in desolation.      The elevation of wickedness to respectability will lead the whole world to destruction under the Beast.      Most escatologists see Babylon The Great as world religion - specifically the Catholic Church.     But there are a great number of people on the earth who are not Catholic.     There are a great number of people who are not overtly religious.      However, all people serve the economic system to a lesser or greater extent.     Whatever you value most in your life is your god.     The love of money is the root of all evil.      Because the Beast will control the world economic system he will have the leverage to control all other aspects of humanity.      Principle Prostitution is rampant.     In every country where socialism has the upper hand we see people changing their opinions, their words and their actions to align with the socialist ideology.     These governments use the power of money to effect their monolithic ideology.      The Beast will use the power of the economy to require all people to 'worship' him through alignment with his vision for humanity.

And the angel said unto me, Wherefore did you marvel?     I will tell you the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and ten horns. Rev 17:7 The scriptures reveals itself.     The subsequent verses tell who the beast is.     The woman is the mother of humanity.
