Called

For the Holy Spirit so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Translated from KJV

The Holy Spirit is the eternal, omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent Creator of all things by the Word.

What world is John speaking of?
→ The earth and all the people born into humanity.

The Holy Spirit is love and love is of the Holy Spirit.

The world was created by our Lord and it is good. We know that man chose rebellion against the Holy Spirit and so humanity became evil. But the Holy Spirit loves the people of this world and so He birthed Christ Jesus into the world to redeem it and us.

The Gospel is heard and those who are hungry are lead by the Holy Spirit to believe and receive the Truth.

The Truth sets us free from sin, from death and hell and brings us to Eternal Life by the infilling of the Holy Spirit.

Here is understanding:
→ Everlasting Life is Eternal Life
→ Eternal Life is union with the Holy Spirit.

And the Holy Spirit and the bride say, Come.     And let him that heareth say, Come.     And let him that is athirst come.     And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. Translated from KJV
A final call to those who have not hardened their hearts to His love and Grace.     The Water Of Life is the Holy Spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ who is given freely to whosoever asks.
The Body Of Christ is the Bride Of Christ who extends the invitation by the Holy Spirit for all to come.
   → We preach the Gospel
   → the Holy Spirit draws believers to Himself.

And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.
The Lord Jesus Christ has issued a blanket invitation to the whole world to come to Him for salvation and so to be part of His family and His kingdom.

For the grace of the Holy Spirit that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Translated from KJV
The fact that we exist is evidence of the Lord`s Grace.
Every person has been given The Measure Of Faith .      That faith causes us to know in our hearts that there is a Creator.
The Gospel of Grace Through Faith is the eternal extension of that same Grace .
Christ has commanded us to share the Gospel of the kingdom with every person .      That preaching is the third and final testimony of His existence and His Grace.
Those who believe and receive the Gospel are given the gift of Eternal Life .
Those whe reject the Gospel are condemned to Eternal Death .

So, we see that all are Called to become Sons Of God.
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of the Holy Spirit, even to them that believe on his name: Translated from KJV
The Him in this verse is the Lord Jesus Christ.
Praise the Lord that His love and mercy is extended to `whosoever will` believe and receive Him.
   → Our Lord is matchless.
   → He is above all and in all who receive Him.
To be a Son Of God, which is to be a Son Of The Holy Spirit, is to be Born Again as a New Spirit being whose life issues from the Holy Spirit of Christ Jesus rather than our carnal soul.
His Word in us transforms
   → our thoughts
   → our words
   → our actions
while His Holy Spirit in us empowers us to accomplish His will.
