In Germany under Bismarck the Culture Struggle was mostly between the Catholics (36.5%) and Protestants (62%). Germany was 95.2% Christian in 1933.
In America today 63% are Christian while 26% have no formal Religion.
Socialism (though not acknowledged as a Religion) has roughly 50% support while knowledgeable Christians represent about 45% with Jews and Muslims accounting for about 5%.
The Culture Struggle in the United States is largely along the lines of Socialism vs Christianity ( Western Civilization).
Skin color is not the issue. Culture is the issue.
Cultures are not compatible.
By definition, cultures are forms, ideological objects.
Two physical objects cannot occupy the same space at the same time.
Two cultures cannot occupy the same space at the same time.
Because this is true here is what happens when they are forced together:
1. one culture survives and the other dies
2. both cultures die and give way to a new culture
3. culture warfare becomes a way of life
Who is to say that one culture is better than another?
Who has the right to force culture upon a person?
We are not designed to live together with people of difference cultures.
When we are forced to live together we begin to live artificially. We have to watch what we say and do to avoid violating the other person's culture.
Such an existence is perverse.
It breeds mental illness and physical illness from the stress of dealing with cultural boundaries.
Physical separation between cultures is a good thing because it enables the people in each culture to live without the stress of artificiality.
