The spirit of slap comes over me every time I do a search for information and I begin to read but am unceremoniously interrupted by a popup which if I am not careful results in me leaving the page I am interested in.   

Most of the time I just leave the page that may have what I am interested in because in reality I don`t need the information enough to endure such Overbearing, inconsiderate treatment by the page owner.   

Sidebars are bad enough but at least they don`t jump in your face and shout at you.   

Yes, I would actually like to punch the web page developer for his/her impudence.   

I think these web page developers are the same people that block traffic, turn over and burn cars.
