And Jesus came and spoke unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Mat 28:18 Who gave Jesus this power and authority?      His Holy Spirit Father who had birthed Him, annointed Him and raised Him from the dead is the source of all things and Jesus is His express image.      Remember:    ➛ Jesus is the eternal Word in flesh Joh 1:14 and    ➛ the Word is inseparable from the Holy Spirit Joh 1:1 If all power in heaven and earth belongs to Christ Jesus there is no power or authority left for any other being in the universe.      This means that He and He alone is    ➛ Mighty God    ➛ Everlasting Father    ➛ Saviour    ➛ Lord    ➛ King Isa 9:6 This verse speaks to the singleness of God as manifested in Christ Jesus.     In the next verse Jesus tells us to teach and baptize people in His name as He is the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved than Jesus. Act 4:12 This means that all other religions are false.     They do not lead to the Lord Jesus Christ our Creator and Saviour.      This is not a Politically Correct verse, but the Lord does not concern Himself with man`s politics or his opinions.      God came to earth and we call Him Jesus.      To deny Jesus is to deny God.      To deny Jesus who is the Truth is to deny the Truth and so believe a lie.      For this reason we are to preach the Gospel to every creature throughout the world Mar 16:15 Christianity has taken a very narrow view and understanding of salvation, limiting it to the spirit of man that is renewed by faith in Christ Jesus.      Jesus did not talk about or deal exclusively with eternity.     He dealt with the Human Condition in the Physical Realm by healing, by delivering, by teaching and, when necessary, by feeding the hungry.     So, we need to understand that Christ came to make us whole in every aspect of our existence.

Jesus says unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes unto the Holy Spirit Father, but by me. Joh 14:6 Jesus introduces the sandwich prayer - praise, petition, praise.      Isn't it interesting that Christians have been praying this prayer for 2000 years and yet most Christians do not know the name of the Holy Spirit Father?      Oh yes, some Christians will give you a litany of names from the Old Testament, especially YHVH, but still refer to Him as God (which is just a title) or Father which is just a role.      When Jesus spoke these words to His disciples He was leading them to a monumental Truth.     They were still trying to understand who this man was.     So, He could not have held on to them if He told them that the name of the Father was Jesus and that the Father was standing before them and speaking to them.      So, Jesus instructs them to pray to the Father and hallow His 'name' without telling them the Father's name.     The disciples like Christians today either assumed the 'name' to be YHWH or Lord or God.      It was only at the end of His ministry, before going to the cross, that Jesus told them who He is, who the Father is and what the Father's name is Joh 14:6-14 though He had laid down many hints.     Joh 1:18 Joh 5:37 Joh 10:30 We are to refer to the Holy Spirit Father of Christ Jesus using His name which is Jesus.     We are to ask the Holy Spirit Father for what we need using the name of Jesus Joh 14:13 Joh 15:16 Joh 16:23

Protestantism just modified that religion.   

Pure Christianity is a New Life in the Words Of Christ and the Holy Spirit Of Christ.   

How many people have been taught Pure Christianity?   

Because of the religion (traditions) we have not pursued the power ( Holy Spirit) and so we are a cheap knock-off of what Christ Jesus intended.   

We need to repent of religion and do our First Works by returning to our First Love who is Christ Jesus, the only True and Living Mighty God and Saviour, who has made us to sit with Him in Heavenly Places as Sons Of God and not religious ritualists.   

There is no doubt Christ loves us.   But Jesus said if you love me keep my commandments.   

I really think what He was saying is "If you love me YOU WILL keep my commandments.   

You see God has always wanted relationship to motivate us and not power to control us.   

You are faithful and sacrificial to your spouse out of love.   

If you don't really love your spouse you WILL be unfaithful and you WILL be selfish.   

So it is in our relationship with Christ.   

It is not a matter of obedience, it is a matter of choosing to love Him and allowing Him to transform our minds and hearts so that we walk in lockstep with Him.   

Better yet, it is a love relationship in which He lives in and through us because we are one.   

Christianity is not a religion, it is an intimate, personal relationship with our Creator, Mighty God.   Savior, Lord and King - Jesus Christ.   

Jesus said you will KNOW the Truth and the Truth will make you FREE.   

This 'knowing' is a reference to the intimacy of marriage.   

Are you married to Christ or just dating Him?
