Eternal Life is a gift. That gift is the Holy Spirit of Christ Jesus whereby we are made One with Him.

To know the Holy Spirit, the Spirit Of Christ Jesus is for Him to abide in us and for us to abide in Him.

The purpose of Jesus coming is for us to receive His Holy Spirit and become One with Him.

In receiving the Gospel of Grace Through Faith we are Born Again of the Word and His Holy Spirit. This means that we already have Eternal Life through Jesus Christ our Lord .

Eternity in the Spirit Realm is already our state of existence . So walk in Newness Of Life .

Eternal signifies intensity and quality more so than longevity. Continuing is important but the quality and intensity of life is much more important. Remember, our God is I Am - the eternal now.

Eternal Life is the gift of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit Of Christ, by receiving Jesus as Lord and Saviour.

Abundant Life is experienced as we walk in Eternal Life - our relationship with Him which transforms us.

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of the Holy Spirit is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Translated from KJV

The sin that condemns to the Lake Of Fire is rejection of Jesus Christ .

The gift of the Lord Jesus is His own Eternal Life, which is relationship with His Holy Spirit .

There are two types of death:
→ physical death
→ spiritual death .

Adam and Eve did not immediately die physically when they sinned. However, they immediately died spiritually .

When a person sins, whether believer or unbeliever, the result is an aspect of death. Somethings shrinks or shrivels instead of growing when sin occurs .

Jesus gives us His life.

What is His life?
→ His Holy Spirit .

Eternal Life is another name for His Holy Spirit.

To reject the Holy Spirit Of Christ Jesus is to reject Christ Jesus Himself .

We don`t receive Jesus when we believe on Him. Rather, we receive His Holy Spirit in the Name Of Jesus who manifests Eternal Life in and through us .

The Holy Spirit Of Christ Jesus is who will raise us at Christ`s return .

The gift of Himself is irrevokable .

However, if we let sin reign in our mortal bodies we will suffer the consequences of that sin destroying our physical lives, our testimonies and our walk with the Lord .

Instead of us living a victorious, productive life with treasure laid up in heaven, we will be saved as by fire .

So, salvation (Eternal Life) is a gift.
The way we receive the gift is this:
That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that His Holy Spirit has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. Translated from KJV
This is the encapsulation of Grace, clearly pointing out our part which is faith in Jesus and confession of Him as risen Lord and Saviour.
The implication of our part being to believe on Jesus Christ and confess Him as risen Lord, is that He has done everything else!
It is why we call it amazing Grace!
It is why the gospel is nearly too good to be true!
Who raised Jesus from the dead?
He raised Himself by His Holy Spirit .

For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
It is Heart Faith that enables the miracle of the New Birth.
It is our personal confession of Jesus as Mighty God, Creator and loving Saviour that seals that miracle.

The key words in this passage are Jesus, confess, believe, and heart. The one which is most overlooked is heart.
Heart Faith in the risen Christ produces salvation, not Head Faith.
