Justice means you get what you deserve.
Only the person who has been wronged has the right to give mercy.
It is unjust and patently immoral for anyone else to forgive the wrong-doer.
Justice and Mercy ARE mutually exclusive.
➛ Justice says you get what you deserve.
➛ Mercy says you don't.
Whenever I hear a person who says they are a Christian say something from the mind and heart of Satan it makes me wonder.
If you read the Word of God you understand what justice and mercy are.
➛ Mercy can only be administered by the person violated and by no one else.
➛ If someone other than the person who was violated shows 'mercy' they are actually showing injustice.
Lawyers and judges want to assume the role of God and violate the distinction between justice and mercy. So they administer 'mercy' and thereby are UNJUST.
Whenever a law officer or prosecutor decides not to arrest or not to prosecute they see themselves as 'merciful' when, in fact, they are being UNJUST.
How did our society come to conflate justice and mercy?
We listened to the enemy, Satan, instead of the Word and Spirit of God.
We must repent, turning from our arrogant rebellion and turning toward the Word and Spirit of God.
