And the Lord said, I will make man in my image, after my likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth. Gen 1:26 The `us` and `our` pronouns were written into the translations because of the implications of Elohim possibly being more than one God.     We know this is a translation error because of Deu 6:4 The correct rendering is `I will make man in my image, after my likeness`.      Jesus is the Truth about Creator God.     The Word tells us that He is Creator Joh 1:10 and that He is the express image of the Father, the Holy Spirit - His Spirit.     Heb 1:3 Man was created to be like the Lord in His image to share in dominion with Him over the universe.      Man`s part of the universe is the earth to which the Lord gave Adam dominion.     Adam was in relationship with the Lord and was expected to refer to the Lord for whatever wisdom he needed to rule the earth.      Adam`s sin caused two things: 1) Adam`s spirit was corrupted into a Sin Nature thus losing fellowship with the Lord.      2) Adam relinquished dominion over the earth to Satan.

So the Lord created man in his own image, in the image of the Lord created he him; male and female created he them. Gen 1:27 The Lord created man as a spirit being just like Himself with a soul and a body.      Jesus is the soul and body of the Creator - the Holy Spirit.      Before the birth of Jesus by the Holy Spirit and the virgin Mary, Our Lord appeared as The Angel Of The Lord.      Forevermore, Jesus is the express image of the Creator, i.e.     Jesus is how the Creator presents Himself physically.      Understanding this explains how Jesus has all power in heaven and earth.     It makes clear why faith in Him is what enables salvation.

And the Lord blessed them, and the Lord said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moves upon the earth. Gen 1:28 Producing Children is priority 1 with our Lord.      Exercising the authority He has given us to improve the world is priority 2.

And there we have it.   
God gave some of His sovereignty to man - FOR A SPACE OF TIME.   

God did not create evil but He gave man the ability to create it.   

To be clear, evil was already defined by the nature amd character of God.   Anything that conflicted with the nature and character of God was by definition, evil.   

Adam's sin was in conflicting with God - violating His will and choosing to determine good and evil on his own.   

And every human being born of Adam has inherently been independent of the Will Of God.   It is the Sin Nature.   

So, God provided a means for reconciling human beings back to Himself.   He became flesh, became a sacrifice and became our Lord and Savior - at least of all those who receive Him.   

Such that receive Him can be trusted with Free Will and so will retain it throughout eternity.   They have subordinared their will to His.   

Those who reject Him will not only have their Free Will revoked but will be destroyed in the Lake Of Fire.   

So, at the end of the day His will will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
