Why aren't there any physical fights in Congress?
In thinking about how both political parties participant in cold-blooded lying pretty much around the clock, I wondered about the extent to which physical fights actually broke out in Congress in the past.

When you are willing to throw a punch, you are serious about something.

What I found interesting in the above article was not that the fight was about how Kansas should enter the Union, but rather how liars, even back then, presented their perverted cause as if it was 'good'.

Note that it says that Kansas entered into the Union in 1861 as a 'Free State'.

What this actually means is that SLAVERY WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED IN KANSAS.
So, they took the STATE RIGHT of Kansas - to decide for itself - and used the word FREE to justify the stealing of that states' rights.

THIS IS WHAT THE CIVIL WAR WOULD BE ABOUT - STATE'S RIGHTS AND FEDERAL DOMINATION.   AND VIOLATION OF THOSE RIGHTS

It is disappointing to me that none of our representatives today are so committed to their ideals (and truth) that they are willing to punch another representative in the mouth for lying to the members of Congress and to the American people.

(Now you know why I would never run for office).
