The outer court of the Tabernacle was a rectangular, open-air, sacred courtyard ( ) surrounding the Tent of Meeting in the Bible.   Enclosed by a 7.5-foot-high white linen fence, it served as the accessible area for Israelites to bring sacrifices to God, featuring the Altar of Burnt Offering and the Bronze Laver.    -- AI The Outer Court is what we speak and what we do.   It is the physical aspect of how we live our lives.   Believers who are Spirit Filled should submit their bodies as Living Sacrifices to effect the world with the Testimony Of Jesus Christ and the operation of the Holy Spirit through messages of tongues, prophecies, healings, deliverances and miracles.   

All of this is by the Holy Spirit through Spirit Baptism.   

Those who have not asked to be Spirit Baptized, allowing the Holy Spirit who is in their Holy Of Holies to enter their Holy Place ( Soul - Mind, Will, Emotions) are weak witnesses of Christ and are limited to do any of His works.   

The Holy Spirit who is the Spirit Of Truth is necessary for us to understand the Truth and be able to speak about the Truth accurately and powerfully.   He must baptize us so that our minds and hearts are filled with His supernatural gift of understanding the Truth.   We must ask Him to enter our Holy Place before we take our witness into the Outer Court.   

Most of the error in the church is a result of people who have not been Spirit Baptized trying to do the works of Christ in preaching, teaching and witnessing of Him.   

Such have bypassed allowing the Holy Spirit into their Holy Place and just proceed from the New Birth into the Outer Court with only partial Truth and partial understanding.   
What?     know you not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have of the Lord, and you are not your own?
We are the tabernacle of the Holy Spirit Of Christ Jesus.     

Paul is making it clear that our body should be used by the Holy Spirit.     Our body is corrupted and corruptible so it is just a vehicle for communicating the Gospel.     It will have to be translated to incorruptible at His appearing for it to enter the Kingdom Of Heaven

Since you are a New Spirit being In Christ, the challenge is to invert the order of dominance in your life.     
Rather than being motivated by the flesh first, emotions second and spirit third, you should be motivated by the New Spirit which directs your soul which controls your body.     

The Holy Spirit and your New Spirit are one.     

By following the new order of spirit, soul then body, the Holy Spirit is able to direct your life, using your body as His vehicle just as He did our Lord Jesus Christ.     

For this new order to be effected, your mind (soul) must be transformed to the Mind Of Christ.
