Jesus is the Truth.   

Jesus says unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes unto the Holy Spirit Father, but by me. Joh 14:6 Jesus introduces the sandwich prayer - praise, petition, praise.      Isn't it interesting that Christians have been praying this prayer for 2000 years and yet most Christians do not know the name of the Holy Spirit Father?      Oh yes, some Christians will give you a litany of names from the Old Testament, especially YHVH, but still refer to Him as God (which is just a title) or Father which is just a role.      When Jesus spoke these words to His disciples He was leading them to a monumental Truth.     They were still trying to understand who this man was.     So, He could not have held on to them if He told them that the name of the Father was Jesus and that the Father was standing before them and speaking to them.      So, Jesus instructs them to pray to the Father and hallow His 'name' without telling them the Father's name.     The disciples like Christians today either assumed the 'name' to be YHWH or Lord or God.      It was only at the end of His ministry, before going to the cross, that Jesus told them who He is, who the Father is and what the Father's name is Joh 14:6-14 though He had laid down many hints.     Joh 1:18 Joh 5:37 Joh 10:30.      We are to refer to the Holy Spirit Father of Christ Jesus using His name which is Jesus.     We are to ask the Holy Spirit Father for what we need using the name of Jesus Joh 14:13 Joh 15:16 Joh 16:23.

The Word is Truth.   

Sanctify them through your truth: your word is truth. Joh 17:17 We are washed in the Word Of The Lord and transformed from Grace to Grace by it.      The implication for those not in the Word is that they are unsanctified and so, spiritually filthy.      Worst of all, they may not realize they are filthy and in conflict with their Saviour.      But for those in the Word, Abundant Life in power, peace, joy, faith and love manifests more and more.

The Holy Spirit is the Spirit Of Truth.   

Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it sees him not, neither knows him: but you know him; for he dwells with you, and shall be in you. Joh 14:17 Jesus is the Truth.     His Spirit is the Spirit Of Truth.     The Spirit Of Truth is the Holy Spirit.     The Holy Spirit is God.      The Holy Spirit of Jesus was with them while He ministered on earth and His Holy Spirit would come to be in them on the day of Pentecost.      Why do people, including Christians, not receive the Holy Spirit, the Spirit Of Christ?     They cannot see Him.      No one can see the Holy Spirit and so men go about creating a god that they can see or at least visualize.      It is idolatry to try to visualize the Holy Spirit apart from His express image, Christ Jesus.     This is why we come to the Father ( Holy Spirit) in the name of Jesus.      We receive the Holy Spirit of Jesus by asking in faith just like we received remission of sins and were Born Again.     Both come by and through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.

But when you receive the Comforter, whom I will send unto you from the Holy Spirit Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceeds from the Holy Spirit Father, he shall testify of me: Joh 15:26 The Holy Spirit is: 1) Comforter 2) Spirit Of Truth 3) witness of Jesus Christ.         ➛ Peace is a Spirit Fruit state of comfort.         ➛ Jesus is the Truth so the Holy Spirit gives revelation knowledge of the Truth.         ➛ We cannot adequately testify of Jesus without His Holy Spirit inspiration.      But just as Jesus is in His Holy Spirit Father Joh 17:21, and His Holy Spirit Father is in Him, making Him His own Father Joh 14:7-9 while saying `the Father is greater than I` Joh 14:28, so it is with us, we can be filled with the Holy Spirit and yet have only part of the omnipresent Holy Spirit Father in us.      The source point from which He, the Holy Spirit, issues is the Spirit Realm (heaven).     It is there in which His Majesty is best experienced Heb 1:3 Heb 8:1

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come. Joh 16:13 Having the Holy Spirit, the Spirit Of Truth, inside you is better than having Jesus beside you Joh 16:7.      All Truth is ours In Christ Jesus who listen to His Holy Spirit teach us the depth of it 1Jn 2:20.      What does the Holy Spirit hear?         ➛ The Word.      What does the Holy Spirit speak?         ➛ The Word The Word is Truth Joh 17:17.      It is interesting that the Holy Spirit, who will only speak what He hears from the Word, is the inspiration for what is spoken in the Word.     This is saying that the Word and Holy Spirit are One - inseparable Joh 1:1.      We must pour ourselves into the Word so that the Holy Spirit can reveal its Truth to us Joh 14:26.

There is One Truth, not three.   But the Truth is expressed through the Man, His Word and His Spirit so that we can understand and know the Truth.   

Isn't it interesting that 'Jesus is Truth' is mentioned only once, and the 'Word is Truth' is mentioned only once but the Spirit Of Truth is mentioned three times?   

This is because the man is not here but in heaven, and the Word is not complete, but the Spirit
   ➛ was manifested in the man,
   ➛ inspiring the Word and
   ➛ is the Truth living in us.   

The Spirit Of Truth is the Holy Spirit Of Christ Jesus.   We cannot truly know Jesus or understand His Words without His Holy Spirit teaching us revelation knowledge of His Word and expressing His nature in and through us.
