This is a 24/7 relationship with Christ by virtue of His Word and Holy Spirit permeating our being.   

Throwing prayers at God is Old Covenant.   

Walking and talking with God in us ( Holy Spirit of Christ Jesus) is the New Covenant model.   
   ➛ We are to thank and praise Him.   
   ➛ We are to ask and receive.   
   ➛ We are to be witnesses of Him.
