Satan does not want us in the Truth, the whole Truth and nothing but the Truth. So, he mixes in a lie or distortion to undermine the power of the pure Truth.
Jesus came solely to the Jews because He did not want them to have any reason for rejecting Him. Yet they did. As seen above in , Jesus rejected that 'Israel' for their rejection of Him - contract/covenant broken.
This does not mean that Jews are rejected individually - just everything they counted on for acceptance and purpose.
Each Jew must come to Jesus on their own just like every Gentile. That is the New Covenant which as Paul said is the only covenant.
It is not antisemitic to say that Jewishness is nothing any more than to say being Irish is nothing - in Christ's eyes.
